- Once your booking is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled and the payment you made will not be refunded. Once purchase is made, it’s non-refundable and non-transferable.
- In case you have received an incorrect or damaged item, please send us an email with the product photo within 24 hours of delivery so that we can assist with an exchange.
